- The Grove Park Inn’s cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival date. Deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Pre-registration for attendance will not be available after 12:00 pm EST on Monday, January 20th, this is also the last day to request a refund. After this time, on-site registration at the hotel will still be available.
