  • Employees of ACAA Member Companies
  • Employees of companies that are not currently members of ACAA. Attendance is limited for non-members, to attend more meetings, please consider applying for ACAA membership.

Join us at the Hilton Lexington Downtown in Lexington, Kentucky for the Fall 2024 ACAA Membership Meeting!  

To reserve a room at the host hotel at our group rate of $189/night, you can click here or call reservations at 1-859-231-9000 and reference the American Coal Ash Association (ACAA) meeting. The room block will close on Monday, September 30th, so be sure to reserve your room before 5 pm on 9/30/2024.

Pre-registration for attendance will not be available after 12:00 pm EST on Monday, October 14th, this is also the last day to request a refund.  After this time, on-site registration at the hotel will still be available.
