To reserve a room, at the reduced rate $189/night+14% tax, at the host hotel, please follow the reservations instructions in the confirmation email you will receive after you register for the meeting. The discounted room block will close on Monday, January 12th. 

Pre-registration for attendance will not be available after 12:00 pm EST on Monday, February 2, 2026, this is also the last day to request a refund.  After this time, on-site registration at the hotel will still be available.
